All transactions are processed in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR) via major local banks and e-wallets. rvvip3 does not charge deposit fees, though your bank may apply standard interbank transfer charges.

Each individual may hold only one (1) Account on the rvvip3 Platform. Operating multiple Accounts ("multi-accounting") is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate account termination and forfeiture of balances.
When registering, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information, including but not limited to: your full legal name (as it appears on your Indonesian national identity card, KTP), date of birth, residential address, active mobile number, and a valid email address. You undertake to keep this information up to date and to notify rvvip3 immediately of any changes.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account password. rvvip3 will never request your password via email, live chat, or WhatsApp. Any activity conducted through your Account while your credentials are correctly entered will be treated as having been performed by you, regardless of whether such activity was actually authorized by you. rvvip3 strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication ("2FA") where available.
rvvip3 is required under its international gaming license obligations to verify the identity of all players prior to processing withdrawals and, in certain risk-triggered circumstances, prior to accepting further deposits. The KYC process may require you to submit one or more of the following documents:
rvvip3 reserves the right to suspend withdrawals or restrict Account functionality pending the satisfactory completion of KYC verification. rvvip3 accepts deposits in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR) via the following payment channels: BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, Bank Danamon, BSI (Bank Syariah Indonesia), Bank Permata, OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja. Additional payment methods may be made available from time to time and will be reflected in the Platform's cashier section.
Deposits are typically credited to your Account within seconds of confirmed bank transfer receipt. rvvip3 does not charge a fee for standard deposits; however, your bank or e-wallet provider may apply interbank transfer charges or service fees at their own discretion. The minimum deposit amount is Rp 10.000. There is no maximum single deposit limit unless one has been voluntarily set by you under our responsible gaming tools.
All deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited. rvvip3 reserves the right to return funds to their source and suspend the associated Account if a deposit is found to originate from a payment method not belonging to the registered Account holder. Deposits made in currencies other than IDR will not be accepted and will be returned.
Withdrawal requests may be submitted at any time through the cashier section of the Platform, subject to the conditions set out below.
rvvip3 targets withdrawal processing within 1–6 hours during standard operating hours (08:00–24:00 WIB, Western Indonesia Time, UTC+7). Requests submitted outside these hours will be queued for processing at the next available window. Processing times may be extended during periods of high volume, system maintenance, or where pending KYC verification applies to the Account.
rvvip3 offers a range of promotional bonuses to both new and existing members. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms communicated at the point of offer, as well as the general bonus conditions below.
New members who make a qualifying first deposit may be eligible for a welcome bonus as described in the current promotional offer displayed on the Platform homepage. The welcome bonus is available to each new player once only and is subject to eligibility verification. rvvip3 reserves the right to alter or withdraw the welcome offer without prior notice.
All sports bets, casino wagers, lottery purchases, and other gaming activity conducted on the rvvip3 Platform are subject to the specific rules applicable to each product. These rules are published within each product section and form part of this Agreement.
Sports betting on rvvip3 covers domestic and international competitions including BRI Liga 1, the EPL, La Liga, Serie A, Bundesliga, Champions League, AFF Cup, and FIFA World Cup qualifiers featuring Timnas Indonesia (the Garuda). Markets include standard 1X2, Asian handicap (voor bola — Indonesian term for Asian handicap betting), over/under totals, and accumulator slips (mix parlay — Indonesian term for multi-leg accumulator bets). Minimum bet stakes, maximum payout limits, and specific market rules are displayed at the point of bet placement.
Togel (Indonesia's traditional numbers lottery) is available in 2D and 4D formats. Draw results are published in real time on the Platform and are independently verifiable. rvvip3 does not control or influence draw outcomes. Results are final once published.
Live casino games are operated by certified third-party studios including Evolution Gaming, Pragmatic Play, and Microgaming. The rules and RTP figures applicable to each live game are those set by the respective studio provider. rvvip3 serves as the platform intermediary and is not responsible for the conduct of live dealers or studio-side technical interruptions, provided standard industry-resolution procedures are followed.
Bets that have been confirmed and accepted by the Platform may not be canceled by the player except where explicitly permitted by the product rules. rvvip3 reserves the right to void any bet placed on an event affected by: palpable pricing errors, data feed failures, match abandonment, or proven instances of irregular match-related activity. In such cases, stakes will be returned in full to the Account balance.
The following activities are strictly prohibited on the rvvip3 Platform. Engaging in any of the following may result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and reporting to relevant authorities:
All content on the rvvip3 Platform — including but not limited to the brand name, logo, trade dress, website design, software, text, graphics, game assets, and data compilations — is the exclusive property of rvvip3 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes. No part of the Platform may be reproduced, redistributed, sold, or commercially exploited without prior written consent from rvvip3.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, rvvip3 and its officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform. This includes, without limitation, loss of winnings, loss of data, loss of goodwill, service interruptions, computer damage, or system failure.
rvvip3's total cumulative liability to any individual player in connection with any claim arising out of or relating to this Agreement shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that player in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. rvvip3 makes no warranties — express or implied — regarding the uninterrupted availability, accuracy, or fitness for a particular purpose of the Platform or any content within it.
You may close your Account at any time by submitting a written request to our customer support team. Prior to closure, any pending wagers will be settled in accordance with standard rules and any remaining real-money balance will be returned to your verified payment method within 5 business days, subject to the completion of any outstanding KYC requirements.
rvvip3 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in the event of: a breach of these Terms & Conditions; reasonable suspicion of fraud, money laundering, or identity misrepresentation; receipt of a legal or regulatory directive; or any other circumstance in which rvvip3 reasonably determines that continued Account operation poses a risk to the Platform, its members, or its regulatory standing. Where termination is effected due to proven misconduct, rvvip3 reserves the right to withhold any balance pending investigation.
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which rvvip3 holds its international gaming license. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with this Agreement that cannot be resolved through good-faith negotiation shall be referred to binding arbitration under the rules of a mutually agreed arbitral body. Nothing in this clause shall prevent rvvip3 from seeking injunctive or other equitable relief in any competent court.
Players based in Indonesia acknowledge that they are accessing an offshore platform and that Indonesian domestic law may not provide the same regulatory protections as a locally licensed operator. rvvip3 encourages all players to seek independent legal advice if they have concerns about the legality of online gaming in their specific jurisdiction.
rvvip3 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where changes are material, rvvip3 will endeavor to provide at least 14 days' advance notice via email to the address registered on your Account or via a prominent notice on the Platform. Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. If you do not accept the amended terms, you must cease using the Platform and request Account closure before the effective date.
